If a KLEMM spare part is urgently required, everything happens very quickly – even outside of regular working hours in the event of an emergency. The spare part is loaded into the service vehicle from the highly-modern, fully-automated high-bay warehouse, or it is sent globally from our own certified air cargo centre.

The spare parts are carefully packed and passed on to the shipping agent. Contracts with all reputable courier services and shippers ensure the fastest possible delivery or shipping.

Service-Cases and Case-Racks

Even the most robust drilling rigs need maintenance and repairs. A spare part not on hand, no matter how small, can, in the worst case, cause the machine, or even the construction site to come to a standstill. The solution: The KLEMM Service-Cases for the fast repair of KLEMM drilling rigs on the construction site, or in the workshop!

Choose from currently nine different variants of service cases. They contain the most frequently required original spare parts, high-quality measuring devices, tools and accessories. This enables quick troubleshooting and minor repairs in the event of malfunctions. The case keeps spare parts and tools organized and gives them a fixed, protected place, not only in the workshop, but also when you're on the road. An individual configuration is possible.

In addition, KLEMM offers two different rack solutions for professional and safe storage of the service cases.

The case-racks are suitable as workshop equipment or can be easily mounted in a construction site container or in your workshop vehicles.
